FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How far will you travel for a party?

We are based in Fairfield County, but we always love a good road trip.  Additional fees will apply given the mileage traveled.

Do you sell alcohol?

No, we never sell alcohol. The caravan bar is a dry hire.  This means that we will tell you what and how much booze to order, the host (you) will then buy the booze and we will happily serve said booze in whatever variation you can dream up to your guests.

Can we use the caravan as a prop for a photoshoot?

Absolutely.  The caravan is a solid choice for a prop and backdrop. We can get it to your specified location and even help stage it for you depending on the look you're going after.

Do you do other types of parties besides ones that serve alcohol? Coffee Bar? Kiddie Birthdays?

Yes, we are up for pretty much anything from kids ice cream parties to a coffee and tea bar.  The possibilities are endless. Please reach out with any thoughts, hopes or dreams- we love to collaborate.

How much? And what is included?

Every party is different and pricing is determined by factors such as location, duration and number of guests.  The best way to get an idea of cost is to shoot us an email with as many details about your party as you can provide and we will respond with an estimate. hi@elcobar.com

Will you come up with signature/specialty cocktails for my party?

Yes! We love to create customized signature drinks for events. We will even provide you with a tasting beforehand so you can sample some options.

What are the dimensions of the caravan?

14' long (including hitch) X 7.5' wide X 8.5' high

Are there any requirements for the venue?

Yes, we generally need a fairly flat hard surface on which to park the caravan although we do bring boards and stabilizers. We also need access to a power source.  We have many extension cords.

Do you have a rain date policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes based on the weather. The host is responsible for tenting the caravan in the event of inclement weather.
